Hello everyone,
I have a '91 Toyota V6, standard cab, short bed. It has 4.88 Yukon gears and a Detroit locker in back, other than that it's pretty much stock. I have plans for a SAS, better bumpers, and of course a Marlin dual case setup.

Hows that v-6 treating you? Any head gasket problems

Nope, BUT, the engine was replaced with a "factory" engine shortly before I bought the truck. The truck has about 144,000 miles on it and the engine has about 8,000 miles on it now. The guy I bought it from said he spent the extra money and bought a factory motor instead of a rebuilt (???), so I don't really know what's in it. Oh well, when it goes it will give me an excuse to put a 4.3L in. I actually think I'd be happier with a 22RE than the 3VZE, I had a 20R in my last Toyota 4X4 ('79) and it seemed like it had almost as much power as the V6, and I know they're a lot more reliable.

Right on new motor.  They did a recall on some of those v-6 and some people got lucky enough to get a hole motor out of it
