...Been wanting to build a sidekick/tracker for a long time, so when I saw this I had to have it. Its a '93 LSI and Its going to be a mild off road rig and maybe a daily driver, because its alot more fun to drive around town in than my toyota...
I cant beleive how small the tires are , 205/75/15. I'm thinking it will end up on 31's. I would love to hear what people think, maybe I will do a build up thred on it, although I don't know if Marlin Crawler is the place for this rig, most people here are into the Toys, and I won't be running any toyota parts on this.

but I will be wheeling it.

intercooled VW 1.9 TDI (converted to mechanical injection, runs on one wire), Toyota Drivetrain via ACMEADAPTERS kit, one-links front and rear on TJ coils, 39.5 Boggers (the 45" AG tires in the first pic are borrowed), 1972 vintage Una-Tracks for really deep snow, stretched chassis, custom rear bed so the kids could still come along. 4 years since I went nuts and cut the back end off a good running Zuk on 35's that got 27mpg - what was I thinking? :hammerhead: But it is pretty fun to have that much flex with big tires.
