i have a 93 toyota extra cab and am doin the sas swap and was just wondering what coils out of what vehicle would be the best for the front and the back

 i would look at some f150 coils

ranger front coils would probably be too soft to give lift and support a winch

A mate here has an old jeep with a chev V8 and a BIG asian winch and he runs springs from a honda ledgend V6 and its great! Tack in your spring mounts and try different springs to see what you like i guess....
