HELLO

Here is a shot of the whole truck. The crawler came out slick. With an auto and dual ultimate crawler, it's really slow!!!!!

Here is its completed crossmember

And a shot of the rear.

I don't know. We did not do the suspension work on this one, just the dual crawler.

The rear suspension is a 4-link with 6" skyjacker coils.

84runner

What are the coils intended for? Or are they made for the tundra?

I'm sure you know Skyjacker is a brand name - http://www.skyjacker.com/media_room-tombraider2.asp
they make several suspension components for GM/Ford and Heeps - I wanted a slight rank to my Tundra and since I had to go up approximately 5.5"s for the SAS, I needed 6" lift coils in the rear.  Skyjacker was the least expensive for coils and I think these particular coils also can be fitted to a TJ.  They perform fine for my particular needs on the Tundra.  I get approximately 3 foot of rear droop.  I'll try to attach a picture to this post.

No axle hop what-so-ever, just steady POWER. :driving:

I wish I could afford to do that to a Tundra...sweet rig by the way, consider me very jealous..

Hey Tundra, what kind of rear bumper is that? looks pretty custom.
1989 x-cab V6, SAS, Marlin dual ultimate crawler, dual arbs, high pinion, 35 mtr's, hot brunette in passenger seat.

The V8 Tundra 4X4 is only available with a 4-speed electronically controlled transmission with overdrive.

The rear bumper is a custom, complete bolt-on project with rear sliders, which provides an excellent departure angle for a full-size truck  and limited protection to the rear quarter panels.
