Center pin on a 6 leaf pack
« on: Apr 21, 2006, 07:36:08 AM »
I am adding a 6th leaf to my rears up front pack on my runner to add a slight lift and increase the spring rate.  I don't think my center pin is long enough, i havn't looked though.  Do any of yall know a source for longer center pins?  I guess marlin's spring pins would work.

Try looking first. :headshake:

You can get longer center pins from any spring/suspension shop. 4" 6" & 8" are the lengths I've seen before. A 4" should be fine though... 5/16" hole I believe is Toyota version.

Ditto that, it won't last long, and the damage it may do is not worth the 3 bucks you saved.
