Alcan fronts, 56" All-pro rears (approx. 7" lift, probaly more with shackles, and the ORD zerorate add a leaf in the rear)
Marlin flip kits F/R
4.88's, lockrights F/R
37" MTR's
4.7:1 in t-case/all-pro t-case brake
All-Pro sliders, rear bumper
Custom fabbed front bumper from a fullsize warn enforcer bumper 
Cab exo
Corbeau seats inside
interior gutted mostly, gettin ready for durabak
lots of tubage coming soon (front end, rear fender hoops, tube doors)

not too much new cept i got a IFS rear axle installed into it and have trimmed the front and rear fenders, pulled my old front bumper off and am starting the new front bumper build, as soon as the snow is cleared from it ill go take a pic of the prgress i have on the bumper.  also once the snow clears maybe i can get to my buddies bender and do my front fender hoops and my rear fender hoops.  also decided not to do tube doors, but am gonna build some half doors and some canvas inserts made for when its rainy and inclement weather instead
