dual case question

i got a 91 toy pickup welll more of a truggy that i want swap a set of duals in. i'm running the g-58 trans with a 22-re, i have access to a 82-85 model truck with a 22-r as well as a 79-81 truck.........can i use the t-cases outta these non-efi trucks for duals? also is there anyway to use the trans outta the 2nd gen. carbed truck in my efi truggy?

Yes, Yes, and yes. To all your questions. Use the forwardshift t case as the crawl box and the top shift as the rearmost t case. :turtle:

so the carb'd trans will work with my 22-re? i figured the t-cases would work but wasn't on the trans.

a 22RE  will bolt to the early trannies :yesnod:  and use the 81  tcase for the rear case
