Well the books are for '94s but there is really not that much different, and yes it covers 3.0 V6.
I would say the only things that might have changed between 93 and 94 are maybe a couple connector colors here and there.

Drivetrain, Suspension, and most of the wiring would be the same. The Manuals say Truck, not specifically 4Runner.
