Yeah same thing as latex gloves so if you are not allergic to latex just get a box, takes a little getting used to but once you do you'll never work on your rig without em.

I tried using gloves, but I just rip them up, then pulling my hands out of whatever confined space they're in gets them all dirty, so by that time, there's no point.  :smack:

Invisible gloves works ok too   you can buy it at automotive stores, its a lotion kina stuff that doesn't make your hands slippery, but the grease bonds to it, instead of to your skin, so when you wash your hands, they come out cleaner.  IT works alright, not the greatest stuff but it does work.

Oh yeah, HURRY UP FFC!!!!!

:psss: looks like you work for ups now

Yea, the nitrile gloves are a little more tear resistant than latex, but like uncle said they are way more resistant to solvents and cleaners.  You can get some thicker and longer ones too, but you might hafta go to an automotive paint shop or something for them.

Oh yea, if you wanna get rid of the stock steering arms lemme know.  And I hope you're not too sick, strep sucks!  I thought I mighta picked it up 2 weeks ago but I'm not sure.  Still not feeling great but I'm ok for the most part, just the frequent hacking and coughing stinks.  Bone up on the vitamins!

I get strep throat like 3x a year (shoulda had those tonsils out when I was 12...)  The trick is to take ALL of the antibotics, even after you get to feeling better.  Eat some yogurt after the antibotics run out to replenish the good acidophilous (sp?) bacteria in your system.  You'll get to feeling better in a day or two, but take it easy until you finish the medicine.

Get better soon!

I get strep throat like 3x a year

Ditto on the strep throat. I got mono once and from then on I had strep throat AT LEAST once every two months. This went on for a year. The doc kept giving me antibiotics, but they honestly do :pokinit:. You can throw antibiotics at every little sickness like the drug companies would have you believe. You'll ruin yourself. I finally went and saw a nutritionist who set me up with a proper diet, and suppliments. Acidophilous (sp?) and LOTS of Vitamin C were in order, as well as Sulphur and such...

I like the more natural way. I don't take antibiotics, and I don't get flu shots. I haven't even got sick in the past year and a half.

Sorry Glen  :therethere:

I live in Alabama. Course, I ain't got no family here. Just going to school here. I seen some weird stuff here though.

Some things are just "Gayer than a bunch o' june bugs dancin' 'round an Alabama porchlight." -some movie

I have seen things of this nature here in Alabama. Needless to say, just when you think you've seen it all....

While we are all sitting here bored waiting and waiting and waiting for this SAS thingy to commence here's a cute poem related to the topic that now has taken this thread over:

I Am My Own Grandpa

Many, many years ago
When I was twenty three
I got married to a widow
Pretty as could be.

This widow had a grown up daughter
With flowing hair of red,
My father fell in love with her
And soon the two were wed.

This made my dad my son-in-law
And changed my very life.
Now my daughter was my mother,
For she was my father's wife.

To complicate the matters worse
Although it brought me joy,
I soon became the father
Of a bouncing baby boy.

My little baby then became
A brother-in-law to dad,
And so became my uncle,
Though it made me very sad.

For if he was my uncle,
Then that also made him brother
To the widow's grown up daughter,
Who of course was my step-mother.

Father's wife then had a son
Who kept them on the run,
And he became my grandson
For he was my daughter's son.

My wife is now my mother's mother
And it makes me blue.
Because although she is my wife,
She's now my grandma too.

If my wife is my grandmother,
Then I am her grandchild.
And every time I think of it
It simply drives me wild.

For now I have become
The strangest case you ever saw,
As the husband of my grandmother,
I am my own grandpa!

It is actually a song and it is included in the DVD I sent you when we were sitting around the campfire during one of our little concerts. Though who knows when you'll ever get it since it is probably sitting at the Goelita station with a bullet hole in it.
