14" shocks in the Front?

Some day (when money grows on trees perhaps) i hope to get the complete marlin 5" trail flex lift kit. The only thing i am wondering is will i be able to run 14" shocks in the front without cutting the firewall? i wanna be able to get enough travel to flex really well  but also enough to mob across the moses lake sand dunes (possibly catching air). Do the extra long shock hoops marlin sells solve this issue?

Not sure how the firewall is an issue.  14's would prob req you to trim the FENDERwell to fit the hoops.  I have 12's in front on mine and I had to massage the fenderwell with a BFH to fit my f250 towers just high enough for them.  Would only be a hole on each side though, you wouldn't have to remove the whole fenderwell.

i am running 14 inches in the the front but i had to cut my inner fender.  i guess i could always make a patch panel for them.   i will try and get a picture of the old cab with the fender cut-out

I've got the tall hoops and even with a 2" body lift I had to cut about a 6"x10" hole in each fenderwell for the shock towers to stick thru.   Without the body lift, you have to cut more of the fenderwell out, but it is not an issue.  My buddy has the tall hoops on his rig with no body lift, and we trimmed them up really nicely to clear the hoops.

Spend some time on it, and use some edge finishing trim to avoid the sharp edges.
