How do those gas shock work on the street?  I am linking the rear of my yota and was going to run some coils, but have also thought about gas shocks, what do you think of them for hwy driving since mine will be a daily driver.

I thought about carring another tank but no room, i have a co2 tank so if i have to i can put air into them until
i can use nitrogen. They have been on there 4 months, 5 wheeling trips and no problems.
Looking for 35s in SLO later summer time, like august.  Swapping Tires??

The air shocks are not bad on the road when i link the rear i will have to run a swaybar, I take my runner out to the local
sanddunes( Glamis, Domont, Pismo) and they done great. Ready for a set on the rear

You must be from SoCal? Are you going back to Truckhaven for TDS in March or Johnson Valley for the Jambo in April?

Thank you for pointing this out to me, but I was hoping on some more specifics, like handling characteristics at freeway speeds, maybe how much body roll he has, can he carry a tire thru a corner, how often do they need to be regarded?

There, I was more specific.

I try not to drive long distance but the local driving is fine.. hard to say at freeways speeds because I'm running full hydro steering so thats a big factor on the way it handles at high speeds
(likes to wonder alot). I can't lift i tire in a conner i have 9" of drop in the front. And as far as body roll, there is some nothing to worry about ( I feel comfortable with it, but some one else may not like it) I can pitch the truck sideways on a dirt road and it's stable. But i still have leaf springs in the rear so that helps with body roll..

Same here. I'm headed up to JV for the President's day weekend (18,19,20) so hopefully I'll be ready for March and April. Hope to see you out there. :)
