i am useing some 4" x 4" square tubing for the main part
and some 1/2" plate and 1/4" thick angle iron
ive got about $30.00 in material
still need to trim and cap the ends
do some more welding and paint it

and i ordered a 1600 ceramic clutch and brake lines from marlin

i was thinking of putting 3 or 4  four inch round holes in the front part of it

the sway bar comes off as soon as i do the lift
the stock springs are so sleeper out i think it is better left on
i am still undicided on the lift do i go cheap (chevy rear and rears up front) or do i just go with the marlin or trail gear set up
after i install the new clutch and brake lines the next thing will be the daul case adapter and 30 spline chromos

x2 :yesnod:

Double rears works fine. Plus moves the axle forward which you'll need to stuff some 38's in those wells. Do it.

run the rears up front (or hybrid leaf pack) and the 63" chebys in the rear and you'll be fine...don't think you'll clear 38's though unless you make some hangars....i agree by moving the ft axle foward because the tire will easily hit the rear of the fenderwell at full stuff ...looking good

dude, that looks great
but that plate below the bumper  you should cut some holes in the upper portion so it doesnt block the radiator

i was thinking of cutting three 6" holes in that plate
but i dont have a way to cut three perfect holes right now
i havent had any cooling problems but then i dont drive the truck every day
i'll get around to cutting holes in it one day
