The jack that won that manual last time for $1 completely ignored my instructions to contact me before bidding if he didn't have paypal, and after several days emailed me that he was going to pay with a money order and I needed to give him my address.  I told him he needed to sign up for paypal and pay me how I said to, he said he wouldn't and it basically ended at that with me eating the listing fees.  Not worth leaving negative feedback cause he could just as easily leave it for me and then I would have to explain myself.

That's such BS. I hate idiots on eBay.
