hey guys what motor can i fit into my 1984 toyota pickup with the least amount of effort and time

22R/RE
'71 FJ40, 350 TPI/420, 4.70/mini, 60's/5.38/42's, under construction.
'83 FJ60, SOA underway.  Soon to have a Police 350TBI/700R4/.....

If you want real  :bling: do a 3RZ.

There are a lot of motors you could fit in there, but why would you do that?  I would put an engine in there.  You will get a lot more out of it if you could run it without a cord.

Obviously, least amount of effort and time, is a 22.  but if you won't be happy with it, and you end up yanking it and doing a 3RZ in a year, then it costs twice as much and takes twice as long.  Don't worry about how long it'll take(unless your other ride is a bus), and do what you want to it.

I Have a 22r freshly machined block for sale. It'll fit 81 -84 22r heads  It's bored out  .30 then U can convert to 22re with a fresh motor
1992 yota truggy, 37" boggers, 7m-w56-duals, 85' front axle w/44 joints, 4 Link-coils in rear, marlin springs front, and ur mom in the passenger seat!!!

Easiest swap would be a 22r/re. 
But anything realistic would fit, its all a mtter of how much time, money, and skill you have.
