Yep

So I can take the T-case and bolt it directly to my R150F trans without buying Marlins V6 adapter?

I found my answer. NO! You need marlins adapter or the mounting flange off the back of the R151F trans.

explain to me this mounting flange is it the rear housing of a r151f turbo tranny.

I'm sorry.  I miust have been half asleep when I answered.  The Bellhousings have the same bolt pattern at the tranny end.  Different at the engine end.  The t-case bolt patterns are different.  The R151F uses the 4cylinder forward shift t-case only with a 23 spline input in place of the normal 4cylinder 21 spline shaft.  The R150F uses a chain driven t-case with 23 spline input.

sorry for the confusion.
