recheck for vacuum leaks,  get a small propane torch  and open the valve and let the propane escape around the intake if rpms go up you found your leak

IAC messed up? Disconnect battery and IAC, make sure everything connects propery.

Except the vac leak maybe a mehanical problem in the throttle linkage?

well today i went to start working on my truck to find the problem and before i could get it started to start spraying the vac lines one of the injectors started pouring fuel from the rail side,i replaced the intake grommets but they didnt have the o-rings for the injectors, now having found that would that make it idle up that high if it was sucking air?well i hope so,now i ordered them and i hope that fixes me up.if u have any more info on the issue let me know please, thanx

Not necessarily an air leak but a fuel leak would do the same thing. Leaky injectors from O-rings would definently cause a high idle.

When you put the orings on and put them down in the intake be sure to squirt a little (just a smidge) wd-40 on them to help them seal up and slide in easily.

A good rule of thumb is to lubricate with whatever fluid it's going to be touching.
