« on: Oct 17, 2005, 10:29:25 PM »
so i need to get some head work done and decided to go with engnbldr's rv head (bigger valves etc). my question is do i need to do anything with my rocker assembly, dont want to put a vlave into a piston. And should i upgrade my cam?? not sure of the difference it will make. any opinions would be helpful as i have never sone this before.

if you want more useable power on the freeway ,like in traffic,  get a street performer cam from LCengineering,  low end will not suffer and you'll actually have power to pass somebody,
otherwise just use the cam you have if its not damaged

as for your rockers,  make sure the adjusters arent damaged or the wear pads worn unusually,   new cam warrranties require the use of new rockers  but thats not always financialy feasable
