What is the difference if any between toy solid axle hubs and IFS hubs?  Thanks.  Jim

I have a solid front axle widening kit which will now use IFS hubs and a rear full floater kit that uses the solid axle front hub parts.  Would be nice if 1 hub fit all.

I am running an 85 solid axle front and an IFS rear I was trying to keep them the same track width.

ifs lockouts are slightly smaller shaft diameter and a 27 spline count if i recall,   the solid axle lockouts are 30spline    both lockouts will bolt to either "hub"  but the axle shafts themselves are the difference
