He's pretty much waiting on me to put the tranny back together, and I have totally not been feeling it for sure. Tonight it's on though.

im not sure what to do about the tranny. if i put it into first gear like any normal person would, it pops right out. but if i throw it into gear hard, it stays in fine and wont pop out. i dont want to be down at the jambo and have it go out on me though a day into my time being down there let alone a few hours of being down there. i know you have the parts boggerunner to fix it. it might just be the collar ring around first gear.

it would really suck balls to be doing a technical uphill rock crawl or something of that nature, and have it suddenly pop out of gear! before you know it you are rolling backwards and end up on your lid!

its doesnt just pop out of gear randomly. either it will go into gear and stay, or it will pop out immediatly. i said run it.

and u have dual ultimates so second gear double low is still plenty..

screw the tranny. i tried driving it again and couldnt get it to go in first for the life of me. it took like 7 tries. it has to come out.
