i have 37 in mtr want to go with a bigger tire 40 mtr so it is not so dam heavy i rub a little with 37's any idea

move your front axle forward more. or tub your firewall.

Not trying to be a richard like on pirate, but try using some punctuation and sentencing structure.

To answer your question:  You're gonna have to tub the firewall and/or move the front axle forward.  In the rear, cut until they clear.  Hope you've got 30 spline longs or 60's- 40" rubber will trash stock 'yota parts.   :beerchug:

so... i guess the stock birfields  from 1983  that have been getting pounded on in a buddies truck  with 40" boggers for the past 2 years are trashed?.. if you know how to drive  you wont break parts like mad.

Whats the fun in girl thingy footing the trail because your afraid to brake parts...... Put on 60's and pipe it.  Big tires need big axles and not to mention gearing.

Well it depends if your rig is a "pavement pounder" or a rock crawler. If you plan on doing trails stock birfields won't last with 40s. They will last a little longer if you are not locked.

yeah its all how u drive the damn rig im with ya, but..... i think 40's are a bit big but oh well
86' yota, extra cab, duals, HP frnt with detroit 4.88s, V6 rear with detroit 4.88s, bobby super set, driveline tech dl's, neat lil upgrades on the way can someone say 4link and dovetail front...
