all you need is a donor case to build the crawler with. unless you are buying a preassembled case.
use the stock toyota shifter, twin stick is only for the rear case and not necessary.
billett is nice but you will never have a problem with the regular mc-07.

I second that. You really don't need a twin stick and i've never had nor heard of a problem with my cast adapter. Some people just feel better about the billet.

thanks guys ..........Thats pretty much what i had thought but i wanted to make sure.

I plan on useing my stock drive shafts and modifiying them.  Im going to run  some rears up front with a fairly long shackle. Do you think ill have problems with my shaft sliping out of the yoke?

Int he front?  Hell ya you will unless you run about a 8" travel shock to act as a limiting strap.  You'll end up with a driveline thats too long and too short at the same time if you lengthen it to fit the new setup.  It'll bottom out easily and still come apart with basically any droop.

Id suggest a square tubing front shaft.  Cheap, burly and did I mention cheap?  :hahaha:
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??
