its POSSESSED! How did the starter circuit short? theres a recall right now on some fords (that looks like a Ranger to me...) because the cruise control circuit shorts out causing a fire. Any chance the cruise started the fire and the melted insulation on the starter circuit allowed the starter wires to short, then causing the vehicle to roll into the tree if it was left in gear?Just a thought...Ryan
have it checked out. if it's under the recall and that cruise circuit started the fire, Ford might pony up some cashola for you...You could use it to fix up the amigo Ryan
HA!! THATS COOL!! sorry its your moms, or garrnetts, but poo! thad be cool to see. and besides hun, there where too many fords on your property! it was gonna happen sooner or later!!! ok, stop growlin---you know i love ya
I wish I got that on tape or got to watch it happen, thats cool! Sorry bout what happened to your poopy ford I mean ford, that does suck. Can we drive over it now
I hate to say it, but ins. fraud maybe?
I think I didnt read all of your opening post, are you saying that the truck went into a Cranking mode and since it was in gear at the time, the starter powered the truck and rammed it into the tree, after which the windings in the starter got hot enough to melt the insulation off of the main hot wire to the starter, and thus creating a fire that consumed the front of the truck, right?Wow, that is crazy!!!!! I am glad no one got hurt!! That would have really sucked if it ran into a Lexus or something and then caught both of them on fire Sorry about my misunderstanding, I sometimes do that So does your home owners or something cover the loss?
wow, glad no one was hurt
