With last weekend's MCR4, I had a chance to actually get out on a trail and test my 4Runner.  This was my first wheeling trip and I had a blast, big thanks to Marlin and the rest of the crew!

Here she is all packed up and ready for the 8 hour trip up to the Rubicon.

Taking off on Friday evening.  Still all shiny, clean, and a perfect body.

Got through Gatekeeper without much trouble at all.

Coming out of the granite bowl.

Playing around at our Friday night camp spot.

Here I am posing, notice the truck is posing as well.

Trying to find the perfect spot to park overnight.

Going up a ledge in the morning.

From here on out it's just getting dirtier and dirtier.

Next two shots are taken out of a vid, so the quality is lacking.  I was worried about slamming my rear end into that rock to my left, but my spankin' new Marlin Crawler bumper took it for my body.

Finally arrived at Rubicon Springs and parked the rig.  We got there pretty early so we just hung out and watched all the other rigs roll in.

Turns out I bent my spankin' new Marlin Crawler bumper into my tailgate, so I can't open that until I fix the bumper.

And here's a picture from a rest stop on the way home.

That runner is so clean, and i like the paint job a lot. Its a nice rig so far, finnally getting some rock rash! All the marlin tube looks good  :turtle:

Thanks, rock rash was kept to a minimum.  NUb put it into a rock the first night, so there's a tiny bit of rash behind the left slider (thanks Jeff).  Other than that the only damage was that bumper hitting my tailgate.

Can't reallly say that.  You don't know what he hit or how hard he hit it.  wait for the story behind it if there is one.

I don't remember a specific time where I bent it.  Let's just say I came down on it a lot.  I bought it specifically so it would take the hits instead of the bodywork... and it did its job.  Now I just have to bend it back and move on, no biggie.

pumpkin toy that is a nice 'Runner.  I also love your 84, you have good taste in vehicles, my man.
