What should I pay for this-85 Toy,front axle,cab,t-case,rear axle,doors

Just curious about what I should offer this guy for it.  It has a good cab, bed, fenders, hood, grill,front axle, rear axle, and transfer case.  All out of an '85 Toyota reg. cab.  He has a blown 22R that I prob. won't get unless someone wants it and it does not have a transmission.

I'm planning on using the front axle for a SAS and t-case for dual cases in the 400 dollar truck I posted about last week.  I also need a fender and some little things off of it. 

I've been thinking about offering 75 bucks. He just wants to get rid of it b/c the frame is bent behind the cab. 

What is all that stuff worth? Should I make a higher offer first?

damn 75? i think it all depends who ur buyin from... ya know?? if there old and have not a clue what they got and all they want to do is get rid of it then try and start low.. but if they know what they got and want to get rid of it goodluck only paying 75!! theres a early 80's truck in my town and i was thinkin about offering him maybe 300... its just sittin in a field.... this is kinda one of those things u gotta judge the person and hope u get lucky and get a great price... front axles go for 200-250 so to answer your ? about 75 i dought it.. but possible... just go there and get a feel for the guy!! goodluck!!
