I was looking at the info. on Pirate and got a headache.  :headscratch: ( http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=386547 )
Where is the best place to park my tow rig and closest to the trailhead? Robb's will be closed on the 5SEP.

You are going threw Loon Correct? If so You can Drive all the way past the dam,youll then go down a switchback and at the bottom there is a nice big area to put your tow rig and trailer...

Same with lake tahoe side,But no Dam crossing.I like to go in threw loon more parking I think

I should be at the box by 3 the latest,Either setup camp near by or do some night wheelin towards the springs
