lift & shock question

My friend has a stock 85.

He got a 5" skyjacker system with front/rear springs from his uncle, but he has no shocks or shackles.

Will Marlin's shackles work with this lift? Do you have to add in the extra shackle height when ordering shocks?

And what size shackle should he get font and rear to level the truck?
