How are you doing the nose?  Complete removal of fenders or running a tube with the fender sections attached top and bottom?
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

going to try and keep as much of the inner fender well as I can to keep the mud down..it rains alot around here

going to cut the wells as far back to the fire wall as possible and bend it in..the head light buckets will come out ans the fender will come to the grill just past where the headlight bexel was..some 55 watt off road lights will get mounted in the grill and out of harms way...a bracket will be built that connects the rad to the fenders for support..then tube will be added from there under the fender that connects from the new bumber to the cage..

Gravity and inertia is a pregnant dog aint it?  :gap:

FYI if youget the beadlight buckets from a mid-late 70's datsun truck they use the small round lights.  Its an easy deal to chop them in half (there are 2 headlights per bracket) and use them for easy aiming of the lights.  KC 150 watt bulbs are really just a sealed beam headlight, they have the nubs on the backside to keep them from spinning just like a headlight. ;)

I'll keep that in mind..But I'm pretty sure I'll just go with my 55 watters under the grill.its so simple its sick,,not to mention its going to be street legal,,,LOL in my own world.. :rofl2:

Using a single headlight is legal, if they see the standard issue offroad light with no focus they'll hammer ya.  Ive had that issue once before.  At least it'd be one less thing to get popped for.....

yea,,I just figured witha low watt 55 light pointed down I should be fine..I can adjust it up off road..time will tell..

I like it too. I want to take my door panels off and use a piece of aluminum with a flame job on it. One of my buddys does motorcycle fenders, tanks, helmets and does some real sweet work. Ima hit him up for the door panels.

That looks sweet.  Looks like it was hard to make coming through the dash and all.

Pretty sick paint job for a cage...design is nice, looks like your head will survive the next roll!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5
