Do it..... :yesnod:           Those tires look cool. how do they perform.

sweet!  Now post up actual height/width measurements, along with air pressure and rim width (8.5" I'm assuming).  I am considering a set myself for 17" wheels, but I'm waivering becuase my wheels are only 9.5" wide and the Manf says 11" min.

oh yeah on hummer beadlocks....I am in the process of a build-up right now. I started fresh for my '92 x-cab. I started with a new frame for it, cut ALL the b/s off of it, cleaned it inside and out and sandblasted back down to bare metal. I will do a build-up thread on it after I make substantial progress. I am taking pics every step of the way

No H1 beadlocks are 9 3/4 wide

Say wah????   Are you sure about that?  I was under the distinct impression they are 8.5" wide.  Please school me.

Holy crow!  For what? That would cost a lot, no?   you already have tires on them.  If they run well, then just press on!

I am running a 16" tire on a 8.25 wheel...It wouldn't be too much

oh yeah, they will be when they go to the powdercoat man. I'm going to have the lock ring done the same color as my truck and the wheels will match my front/rear bumper, roof rack, and frame. I know that it is a whole lota $$$ for a trail/rock rig but damn it'll look good for a couple of days. My frame won't be touched though, belly pan biotch!

Oh I'm gonna repaint the cab and bed before it's all done. I have to start and finish the bed work after I get the axles, engine and tranny's mounted up....it'll be bobbed and dovetailed.

I like it!!  I have to tell you that you gave me inspiration to start my build.  I wasn't sold on the 1 tons until I saw your rig.  Keep the the good work man.  I just started my build up and can't wait to see things go together.
