1989 3/4 ton full-size Jimmy/ K5 Blazer
« on: Mar 22, 2003, 02:06:00 PM »
I am going to be buying a house soon and I need to sell my Jimmy. I dont really want to sell it but I could use the extra money and I dont really need 4 trucks.

It is a 1989 GMC Jimmy with 3/4 running gear. The rear end is a 14 bolt FF with a detroit. It has a 5.7L TBI/TH400/NP241. It has a 4" suspension lift and 1" ORD body lift with new body bushings. I bought the 36" Goodyear R/T II's new a few months ago. It also has Toybox Offroad rock sliders and ORD swaybar disconnects. There is a dent in the passenger door, a dent in the drivers side rear quarter panel, the front fenders have been trimmed a little, the paint is good except for the hood and roof are peeling. It has a pioneer CD player and Infinity speakers. It has a salvaged title because the truck was stolen and stripped. There wasnt much damage but the $$$$$stereo system and tires and wheels taken. The truck is in Lodi, CA.

I would like $5000 obo or possibly partial trade for:
a tandem axle trailer to tow my Toyota
built Toy axles with 5.29's
or ????????

avoid s-10's they suck. i had a buddy with a 86 s-10 4x4 blazer and it had constant electrial problems. other people i know say the same.

i have friends with rangers and they are tanks. my buddys 87 4x4 can go places that i couldn't believe. his mom's 94 ranger 2x4 was great truck too, great for commuting and hauling dirtbikes.

as you know toys are awesome. the 22r will last forever and get good gas mileage.

just my .02

happy trails
