faultlinefab is currently filling for bankruptcy to lose the 90,000+ in debt that he owes customers and vender's if it can be proven that his actions were fraud in court then his attempt to file bankruptcy will be thrown out, so if anyone out there knows or had an experience with Simon Morris please contact me i know he screwed marlin out for 1,700 and some people up to 25k thanks!

Faultline Fab ordered a complete toybox kit from us for $1,732.57 and paid for it with a bad check. Simon made one payment of $250 after I made a stink on pirate about it. So he still took us for $1482.57. To me this is check fraud.

I have noticed other threads on Pirate 4x4 have been deleted. If you have paid money to Faultline Fab or Simon Morris and got screwed post your story here.

Jamie Lawson on the PBB and a few others are attempting to recover their funds some how.  It sucks for everyone involved-including the vendors!  I know of atleast (3) rigs that the owners are simply holding the bag wondering what to do.  Karma...

I don't understand why pirate deleted the threads of people that got ripped off by this thief. It's like they don't believe it happened. Why does he still have a yellow vendor star? He should be banned.

Because its the high and mighty PBB.  If someone on there knows him then they'll protect him.

ive talked to the mods on pirate about it and they just dont want al the drama and bs that goes with it, or atleast thats waht they told me  :ack: and the case is still in the air the judge is waiting to hear more info from the people who were screwed so anyone with info please help out.
