i have a v6 out of an 88 4-runner that is welded and is in very good shape $350.  Has 4.38

hey lowgeared,  what differenc is there between a 4.38 for a 4 cyl  and a 4.38 for a v6 ???

The V6 pinion shaft is stronger from what they say.  WT??  I didn't know they made 4.37s for the V6 application even in the after market world.
