Wheel Spacers 5 on 5.5 1"

I'm looking for a set (4) wheel spacers with a 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern, 1" or 1-1/2" thick.
Willing to pay $100.00
Local only (Bay Area, Sonora or in between)
