I'm putting in a 60 / 14 bolt with 39.5's, do you guys have hydro assit or do you need it?

That will depend largely on the width of your tires and the scrub radius you end up with depending on your wheel selection.  I plan to do without on my fw 60, with 17x9.5" wheels with 5.5" BS and 39.5x15 tires

Chris (Toy on 40s) has full hydro.  He needs it with the spool in front.  It steers with one finger now.

Nice truck. Any trouble with the tie rod or drag link contacting the pass sid frame at full stuff? Any close-ups of your bumpstop setup? How far forward and how much drop on the front hanger? Finally, is the axle located on the original center pin location of the 51" toy rears? Thanks.

Tie rod doesn't hit the frame but it does hit the springs.  He isn't running bumpstops, just the shocks obttoming out stops it.  He is actullay running dual front drop hangers.  the first was for when he had the toy axles.  the second is moved even farther forward to fit the 40s.  I don't know how far forward the axle is, but it is pretty far forward.

I going to be running a ARB air locker with TSL's 39.5" 15" 17" on 17" by 10" rims. My bud is running the 39.5" TSL's with 15" by 10" or 12" wide rims and no hydro anywere.
