As a Pa, I will say thanks. Ma gave me a kithcen pass to go golfing this morning. An 18 pack got me and my buddy Lumpy through 9 holes. Then we drank some more beer, after that I went somewheres and drank a little more beer. When ZI finished that I went to my other freinds and had another beer.I got home at 5pm and ma had another 18 pack and a pile of bbq'ed ribs on the table (bless her haret). I've been wrestling with the kids and having a jolly ol' time ever since  :thumbs:

Thank you for acknowledging  fathers day, I didn't get one card, phone call or gift or anything, I bought myself a welder, thats it. Not only that but my 6 month old daughter lives in Germany so I cant even spend time with her or be a father at all :down:

I'm sorry to hear that oddball.  My dad is a retired c-5 pilot, and we've missed more than one fathers day :down:

Mine wasn't a bad day but I think I got HOSED!!!! Wife's been sick for the last week and a half. I made her breakfast lunch and dinner, did the dishes, and generally cleaned up around the house while I was making her stay in bed so she could get better. But where is she now??? @ a Kenney Chesnie (?) concert!!! Sum a mu bish!!! I'm not mad, she needed to get out after being in bed for the last few days, besides, I still got to spend some time with my daughter and that's always a blast :thumbs:

Thanx guys,and the same from me to all the other dads on the board...Didn't really receive much from my wife,but she DID help me buy a new truck just a few days ago.
