Is there any adapter kit out there to go with a stock toy V6/3.0, stock tranny and back it all with a atlas 4.3  gears?

You might check Advanced Adapters or Downey.I know you can go from a Toy 4 cyl case to a Dana 300 or Atlas with OTT's kit.
