FS: 89 runner 4x4 4 cyl, $1500 (or OBO)

This is not my vehicle.  However, I've been keeping it at my place for a friend.  He wants to sell it and is asking for $1500 (or O.B.O.). 

Vehicle info: 89 runner 4 cylinder manual 4x4.

He purchased as a salvage last year and had planned on restoring it.  However, his other vehicle was stolen and recovered stripped.  So, funds are not in the budget to restore runner.  The runner was hit from the driver side and supposedly the only damage was the front left fender and driver door.  Those have already been replaced.  The runner still starts and runs good.
