front end vibrations

when i'm in 4x i get a horible vibration in the front end... is it the driveline? the faster i go the worse it is... 82 toyota...
I'd like to quit thinking of the present as some minor insignificant preamble to something else~~~~~

Square shaft or stock shaft?
Lifted? How?
Tires balanced?
Need more info...

stock shaft 3inch springs 2 inch shackles 31 inch tires ( i drive it 100 miles a day ) tires are balanced.
I'd like to quit thinking of the present as some minor insignificant preamble to something else~~~~~

Steering stabilizer?

Wheel bearings or front driveline, possibly u-joints.

okay i'm ingnant whats a Caster/pinion angle?
 is that were the driveshaft bends? 

I"ll swap out the u joints..

i'm makin up a  square shaft now mabey that will fix the problem

The pinion angle is the angle that the pumpkin is sitting relative to the driveshaft. The angle might be too excessive causing a vibration.

Try lubing the u-joints first..

lastly how fast are you going in 4x4?

Id say your driveline is has severly wasted u-joint(s) that are causing the vibes.  Got any pics from the side to see what type of angle you have?

I was having the same problem and it ended up being a bad u joint.
88 Toyota truck ( Under Construction ) Dana 60's front and rear 5.38's, welded diffs, 3inch Downey rears up front,one link rear with aerostar coils rolling on 39.5x16.50/17 Pittbull Rockers and 17x9 Pro Comp extreme alloys.http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=40816.0
