Where are they located on the ones that Marlin sells ?
I have one with the zerk in between 2 of the 4 'bearing caps'.
Can't get a normal grease gun on it, had to get an adapter for it,
but it doesn't seal around the zerk to create enuf pressure.
A pic would be nice.  The site shows a joint with the side without the zerk.
I've seen zerks with an angle in them, that makes it easy to access.

The heavy-duty factory replacement u-joints that we sell, [they are manufactured by the same Japanese company as the factory u-joints], have a threaded 90 degree zerk in the middle of the joint where the 4 yokes meet.

Any grease gun will work without an adapter or needle end.
