What can I say Ill have to get some better pics of its flex actually showing off.  How the front springs are now they hardly move at all!  Ill be pulling a front out and adding a softer leaf to go along with the longer shackles, I figure that'll get things a movin :thumb:

I know that routine of wirking into the wee hours of the morning on the suspension :shocking: did it myself 2 weekends ago. Chevy's rear, rear hybrid's up front and stretching 5 " I'll try to get a couple of pics up for a reference.

I have to agree with Brandon.
With the length and thinkness of your shackles,  , with a few good twists and they're going to look like pretzels in no time   :.order: :thud:   Beef up!  1/2" is a little much though, but can't hurt. :thumb:

yep the shackles are a bit thin but they should suffice for now :crossed: Shawn (the trucks owner)and I put 2 chev half ton leafs in it today, now it sits just ever so asshigh.  Perfect excuse for a longer shackle in the front!
here it is torn down.

Just down the road from my house is a great place for testing flex we went down there ass soon as the truck was back on all 4's but of course I forgot my camera Ill se him later this week and get some good ones.  The chevs mixed in the pack are awsome it rides great and doesnt have the same lean anymore plus it flexes much better to boot!

those front fenderwells are gonna have to go  :~~:
they have been moved back about to the body mount but they still are in the way :.order: and the perches have been drilled.  The stock shackles need to go away too they limit travel sooo much!!  It would have been nice if he'd a got a pic of the forward shot on the other side cause the tire tucks into the rear fenderwell about 2 inches!! not bad for a little hillbilly inginuity :sly:
