20r vs 22r flywheels

I am going to turn a flywheel and have 22r and 20r longblocks.  Are the 20r ones really heavier?  Looking at the two (still atached to the engines with the clutch) they appear to be the same thickness??  Any advice on this?

didn't really seem to be a difference to me.  compared side by side my 20R and 22R flywheels appeared the same.

I've heard about this more than once.  I've seen it a few times on here also but never have seen a straight answer.
