Finished the tire carrier. Used 1x1 square 1/8" wall for most of it. Used scraps i had around for the rest of it. Some 1/4" plate, .188 wall dom, 1/4" angle iron. Its light and sturdy, frees up a lot of space in the bed.




Just about done with the rear bumper. Made it out of 2x4 1/8" wall to keep it light. It wont be used very much so i went with thinner material. Its plenty strong. Plated with 1/4" for some clevis shackle mounts i am going to make out of 3/4" plate later this week.



Frame mounts 1/4" 2x2 angle iron



I got it painted and on the truck now. More pictures later
