sway-a-way IFS torsion bars
« on: Apr 26, 2005, 09:31:02 AM »
Hi, I have a set of SAW torsion bars for an 86-95 IFS toyota truck or 4runner for sale. I used them on my 4runner for about 6 months and took off to sell the 4runner. They cost about $110 from performance products, I'll take $50. In good condition, no broken splines or anything, red in color, PM me or call 919-270-0287. I'm in NC. Thanks, colter

they stiffen up your front end for heavier bumpers and what not. here is what performanc products say about them.

Sway-A-Way Torsion Bars
Give a softer ride when cranked up and will prevent hard bottoming in off-road situations.

The larger diameter featured with these Torsion Bars offers a firmer and smoother ride. When off-roading or towing heavy loads, Sway-A-Way Torsion Bars eliminate hard bottoming, improve vehicle handling on the street and provide a more consistent spring rate for better vehicle control.
86 4 Runner SAS, 37 inch Toyo M/T's, E-Locker rear, Lock Right front. 30 spline Longs, 5.29's, Dual Cases, Warn XD9000i
