Out of Stock Adapters

Has been a very long time since I've posted but I've got a possible "search noob" question. Is there any idea when adapters for A340 to gear drive TC will be back in stock?

I'm researching for a possible 4.7 swap in CA and I plan to keep stock auto trans for at least a little while through the ref process. I'll have to update my build page with the current state of my franken-toy.
