Pickup R150f vs T100 R150f

What are the differences between a
3gen pickup/2gen runner R150f
Vs
A 3.0 T-100 R150f
Both are pass drop
But are there other differences?
I have a chance to get one of each
And if I'm makin a mistake
I'd like to know what that may be
Current rig is a 3.4 swapped
2gen runner
And needs a rebuild due to popping out of 1st
When in 4lo under load (above idle)
Also occasional issues IF I were to downshift from 3 to 2
