Going to try to document the rebuild of this truck, I bought it from a buddy that I helped a bit with during the original build. The truck did work but not well so here's the rebuild, I don't have any pictures of the truck in its past life but started out as a 2wd diesel (Canadian)

This is how it looked when I first laid eyes on it, my buddy had made the frame and got the diffs situated, he kept the tdi in it for the first few months but after dealing with issues we decided a 3rz would be best to swap in

It got out in the snow a few times last winter then I bought it late spring and went under the knife, basic specs are

97 3rz auto
2.28-4.7 tg cases
4.88 spool 3rds
+3 rcv's
+3 custom rear steer housing
6 shooter knuckles

First thing I tackled was adding some more tube to the rear and tidying things up

One big thing I didn't like was the rock assault front housing as the pumpkin is massive and the knuckle ball is larger where it necks down limiting steering angle a fair bit, I also disliked the long front leafs (2nd gen taco rears) so figured I'd try out links with airbags to cut down costs and not looking for huge travel

Another item to address was the tcase hanging really low, I ended up adding an inch to the frame and raised the cases 6" to get them level with the frame. I still have to rework the floor but things are much more protected now
