What's the value of a rust free 81 4x4 frame

I've got an 81 4x4 frame texas lived I bought for a project taking up space. It's been wire wheeled, rust converted and rattle can sprayed. Inner has been coated with east wood frame coat as well. Anyone know what it's worth? May be willing to trade for a good 5 speed.
