2002 2Runner 2WD , 5ZFE Automatic ->R150 Manual swap questions

I need some advice on the degree of difficulty in swapping the motor wire harness + ECU from a donor vehicle  which has the manual transmission.
I have a 2002 4Runner with the 5VZFE engine and RWD Automatic ... since that Gen 4Runner  didn't come with a  RWD manual ( R150 ) .

Question is if the 4WD  ECU and wire harness will work with the R150 or is the extra  stuff associated with the Transfer Case an issue .
(possibly the Transfer Case) has no impact on the Wire harness / ECU ?
