We got over 100k out of our original belt with the 3.0, I would follow the recommended replacement interval called for by Toyota if it was me. If it is not making any rattling at startup or other indications it should be changed run it.

I bought my wife a 07 Limited Sequoia in 2010 w/75K. At 85K the water pump was leaking, so because we had warranty Toyota changed the pump and belt at the same time. Truck now has 225K and the only maintenance I did was change oil every 6K, the valve cover gasket's, 1 pulley, and serpentine belt.
