2005+ shackle flip kits

Anyone used one.  Defined Engineering and ATO both have them.  The install seems straight forward.  Would this adversely affect my leaf packs?  It seems the mounting length would not change to much and then not hurt the springs....Thoughts?

No one on this?  I thought I might this rather than a lift block. I only want an inch of lift.  Maybe just another single leaf?
