Pulling to much power to my ESC it kept melting wires at the battery I'm hoping soldering bigger wires straight to the circuit board will fix it

Looks like it got very wet very many times.

Quite possibly. I got the wires installed and it works just need to reinstall all the electronics and do a hard test run.
